During his 30-year career, Rudy Nadilo has served as CEO, marketing director, technologist,
motivator and turnaround expert, as well as the sales "force" behind the sales teams where he has been engaged.
At advertising agencies, Rudy has held management positions at Dancer, Fitzgerald, Sample Advertising, Inc.,
Richardson-Vicks, Inc. and J. Walter Thompson. He received his BFA from Emerson
College and his Masters in Advertising & Marketing from Northwestern University.
At Decker Marketing Communications, Rudy's C-Level experience helps our clients realize true ROIC by
creating advertising that aligns and integrates with marketing and the sales team to help sell products
and services.
As the CEO of GeoVue, a location intelligence company serving the retail industry, Rudy transformed the company from
technical and software sales at the real estate level, to a national location-intelligence business partner that
engaged C-Level client prospects. Aggressively building the sales pipeline from less than $1.5 million to more
than $12-mllion in qualified leads. He also raised average proposals from $50,000 to $150,000 with total contract
values rising by more than sixty percent during his two years there.
As CEO of the ASP database management company vSimplify, Rudy repositioned the company's
service offerings from an HR management system to a delivery and management tool for large insurance
brokerages. The result was expanded distribution from five brokers, to more than fifty. As CEO of Greenfield Online,
Inc. Rudy brought technology to bear on marketing research through pioneering use of the Internet. During his four
years there, Rudy grew revenue from $250,000 to $15.4 million, while growing the customer base to more than 600
consumer packaged and durable goods clients, spanning, food, drug, automotive, financial services, entertainment,
travel, software development, computer manufacturers and many others.
